2012 Primativo ($38)
GVF Primativo Port is a limited edition made from rich ripe fruit harvested in East Side Paso Robles. This wine is richly aromatic with figs and salted caramel on the nose, lovely dark fruit with raisin undertones and a full mouth feel on the finish. This wine is perfect for dessert or by itself. ALC. 18.5% BY VOL.

2012 Zinfandel ($27)
GVF Zinfandel is a limited edition made from rich ripe grapes harvested on the west side of Paso Robles and aged for 28 months in French oak.  The characteristic profile is full bodied, impressive with an intensely aromatic bouquet and flavors of pepper and spice with raspberries and an essence of black cherry.  The rich fruit with its silky tannins makes for a smooth and drinkable Zinfandel.  It is marked with rustic yet elegant traits, just like Giracci Vineyards and Farms.  This Zinfandel speaks for itself.

2013 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon ($42)
GVF Cabernet Sauvignon is made from the rich ripe fruit harvested in Paso Robles. Aged 18 months in French Oak, the characteristic profile is full-bodied and complex. This big Bordeaux style wine is bright ruby-red in color revealing spicy earth flavors layered with ripe, dark berries, tobacco and leather aromas, these flavors are followed by notes of oak spices. A full mouth feel with ample tannins gives this wine structure and intrigue while supporting the rich fruit characteristics.

2013 Reserve Pinot Noir ($42)
GVF 100% Pinot Noir is a limited edition wine made from the rich ripe fruit harvested in Paso Robles. The marine influence directly off the coast provide an extremely cool climate producing nationally acclaimed and outstanding wines. This wine has seductive aromatics and structure. GVF Pinot Noir has a medium to dark brownish ruby-red color with a characteristic profile of black cherry, black currant fruits, black tea and a touch of the forest floor. This is a wine for lovers of a classic Burgundian style Pinot Noir who expect balance and elegance.

2014 Chardonnay ($24)
GVF Chardonnay is a medium bodied well balanced Chardonnay which accomodates a wide variety of food parining combinations. On the Palate you’ll find plenty of fresh fruit, apple, pear and citrus in a subtle butter-based presentation. This Chardonnay is complimented by a smooth finish that adds depth and complexity leaving a lasting impression.

Pair with: Veal, chicken, pork loin, shellfish, halibut, opah, cream sauces, basil herb dishes, mango balsamic.

2014 Merlot ($28)
Harvested in the Lake County region and aged for 22 mos in French oak. The oak is delicately balanced without masking the flavors of the grape. The profile of this wine is an intense ruby red w/ full aromas of fruits with soft tannins and a smooth finish.
